Managing Director, Programs

The Managing Director of Programs will lead and support a high-performing team of Program Officers and Program Associates to ensure the organization’s grantmaking, convenings, and other programmatic work align with Invest in Our Future’s three-year strategy. The Managing Director of Programs will oversee the program team’s grantmaking and workplan and will strive toward continuous improvement in systems, project management, and program delivery. The Managing Director of Programs will serve on IOF’s leadership team and report to the Executive Director. The Managing Director of Programs also will work with the program team to understand the broader clean energy landscape, overcome external challenges to implementing IOF’s strategy, and identify opportunities to build new partnerships and tackle emerging issues in pursuit of expedited clean energy deployment.
