Working with RFCC
RFCC does not accept unsolicited proposals. Our grant making is driven in three stages: Pre-award (RFCC program teams evaluate the prospective grantee's proposed activities, deliverables, and financial capacity to determine their readiness to receive a grant); Award (RFCC's internal teams review and finalize the grant proposal, resolving any legal or budgetary issues before executing a written grant agreement with the grantee); and Post-Award (The grantee submits required reports and deliverables through the Grantee Portal and receives scheduled payments upon their approval).
As a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) public charity, RFCC awards grants solely for charitable purposes to organizations that align with its strategic objectives. RFCC operates in a strictly nonpartisan manner, and as such, grant funds may never be used for electioneering, political campaign intervention, or any activity that supports or opposes a candidate for public office.
Grant agreements require grantees to comply with all applicable laws including but not limited to laws governing political activity, lobbying, interactions with government officials, anti-corruption, and data privacy and security. Certain grants agreements may require additional specialized legal terms based on the project and grant funding.
