Build the Shared Future, Program Manager

The Program Manager will provide comprehensive program management support for four ambitious projects (Global Cooperation, Global Health Rearchitecture, Reimagining Humanitarian Nutrition Security, and Climate Narrative) as part of RFCC’s new $50 million Build the Shared Future Initiative. This role requires a skilled project manager with 8-10 years of experience driving complex initiatives, ideally in international development, philanthropy, and/or policy contexts. The Program Manager will support project, budget, and grants management for the initiative as a whole. The successful candidate will be a proactive, highly effective communicator and able to advance strategic and operational priorities at the same time.

Food is Medicine (FIM) Pooled Fund Project Manager

RFCC is seeking a Project Manager to contribute to the development and execution of a collaborative philanthropic initiative, which will bring together several funders in support of programs that advance the integration of effective Food is Medicine interventions into the American health care system as covered reimbursable benefit. This role will be critical to activating and launching the fund and its inaugural programs, and will require working with the Fund’s Steering committee, prospective donors, contractors, and grantees. The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the operations of the fund, as well as engaging a diverse range of stakeholders who are connected to the fund through its core programs.

The Director will serve as a member of the Mission 300 Accelerator leadership team. Reporting to the CEO of the Mission 300 Accelerator, the Director will play a pivotal role in mobilizing and supporting the Mission 300 Private Sector Council, communicating results, and supporting the CEO in driving execution of key implementation priorities, such as Compact Delivery and Monitoring Units (CDMUs).
